Our goal
We want to be an outstanding company.
digitalSee is outstanding when we inspire customers worldwide with our services. That is why we develop innovative products and offer excellent services in order to be a competent, honest and reliable partner for our customers.

We inspire our customers with digital expertise and foresight.
“It doesn’t make sense to hire smart people and tell them what to do. We hire smart people so they can tell us what to do.”
– Steve Jobs
The digitalSee principles
We are convinced that digitalSee employees themselves know best how to organize and structure their work. We therefore rely on personal responsibility and freedom in our company, which allows us to adapt flexibly to changes. We make decisions within our range of tasks ourselves in the best interests of the company, but always adapt to the customer and market situation. We are open to new topics and regularly look “outside the box”.
Our managers are available as advisors and provide the necessary information, resources and expertise so that decisions can be made independently. Mistakes are part of the process and cannot always be avoided. That’s okay. Openness and quick corrections are all the more important for us.
Of course we are organized and certified.
Nevertheless, we don’t want excessive regulations to stifle our creativity and innovative ideas and lead to rigidity. We therefore avoid unnecessary requirements and focus on “people over process”. We are encouraged to act independently in the interests of the company and to rectify errors ourselves.
There is no travel policy or lengthy approval processes for vacations or procurements – just the 6-word policy: “Act in the best interests of the company.”
We have a sense of responsibility and accountability for all minor and major problems and will not turn away from them by saying “That’s not my job!”. We are responsible for what we do. We do not hide behind others and do not shift responsibility, but take responsibility for ourselves, our work, our team, our company and the world around us.
In our environment, education or titles are secondary, as performance is paramount. We do not want mediocrity, because we strive for continuous improvement and the constant expansion of our skills in order to achieve the best results for the team and our company. Innovation and creative solutions characterize our path.
To achieve these goals, we are committed to individual development and the creation of a trusting, self-organized atmosphere.
We live an honest and friendly feedback and error culture. We support each other with help and advice in emergencies, share our knowledge and make sure that every position is filled by the best person. (Failures) successes can and should be communicated openly as we work together as equals, because we focus on sustainable team success. This is the only way we can benefit equally as a company and as employees.
Nevertheless: “We are a team, not a family!” Our collaboration is characterized by professional teamwork and appreciation of our colleagues’ skills. After all, only constructive criticism, including towards superiors, can help us to improve further. We cannot accept behavior that is detrimental to the team. Openness and respectful interaction with one another are what define us as a team.
If management is constantly involved in detailed decisions, something is wrong! We believe that clear decisions and goals must be understood within the company before we can rely on the creativity and willingness to take responsibility of all employees to implement them. This is why we discuss the strategic direction of our company intensively and openly. Once business decisions have been made, they are implemented through independent and strategic steps in each individual’s area of responsibility.
We want to be a company where everyone enjoys working and has fun. Cool offices, free snacks and company parties are a matter of course for us.
A great company offers more: a customizable work environment, freedom to make decisions
without stifling bureaucracy, an open, respectful culture and a good salary.
But success is crucial for real enjoyment at work. Failure destroys joy, while success – the
achievement of goals and the experience of effectiveness – brings pride and satisfaction. Nothing is more fun than success. That’s why we promote success wherever we can.
